  New members on probation-time

From now on new members will be accepted after a probation of 30 days.
During this time, they have to introduce themselves. After 30 days the responsible region leader will announce if the person will become a full member. This is intended to avoid that someone doesn't logon furthermore after registration. Secondly we want to get to know the people who want become members of our team.
