  New forum for Puma Team Europe

Cause the old clubforum wasn´t able to fulfill our needs, we installed a new independent forum. Now we are able to keep this forum polyglot and build structures on our demand.
Basically the forum is used for team internal affairs and so only for team members. Though guests have the opportunity to ask questions and to get public news.

We don´t want to be a forum for technical affairs, because there are several forums already.
